About LockProof
We make field work provable.
LockProof turns each job into a tamper-evident record — a live photo with GPS and a server-set time — so the work speaks for itself when someone asks.
Why we exist
The work is real. The proof usually isn’t.
Field work happens out of sight. A super checks a boiler room, a cleaner turns a site, a caregiver arrives for a visit. It really happened. But weeks later, when a client or an auditor asks whether it did, all anyone has is a memory, a group-chat photo with no date, or a checkbox someone tapped. That is not proof, and everyone in the room knows it.
So the honest operator loses the argument they should win. They did the work. They just can’t show it. We started LockProof to close that gap: to give the people who actually do the job a record that holds up, so a dispute is short instead of a stalemate.
What we build
One text, one live photo, one sealed record.
You schedule a job. The worker gets a text or WhatsApp link and taps it. The camera opens, they take the photo, and LockProof attaches GPS and a server timestamp the worker cannot set. Each submission is sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint into a record with a documented chain of custody. It lands on your dashboard as verified, late, or missed.
Workers never download an app or create a login. There is nothing to install and nothing to remember, which is what makes it work for the super, the housekeeper, and the caregiver on any phone. When a client or an auditor asks months later, the record is already filed, searchable by site and date, and ready to share.
Who we serve
Built for the people who work in the field.
Property managers use LockProof to verify building checks and unit turns. Commercial cleaners, security teams, and snow-and-ice crews use it to show clients the work was done. Field service teams verify completed work orders. Home care and home health agencies confirm a visit happened for the office and the family, alongside their certified visit system. The same loop adapts to each field.
See how it fits your work across every industry we support.
What we commit to
How we keep the record honest
A proof product is only as good as the discipline behind it. These are the rules we hold ourselves to, in plain words.
The camera opens live. The gallery stays closed.
A LockProof link opens the phone camera directly. There is no way to attach a photo from the camera roll. The picture has to be taken where the work is, at the moment the job is done.
Our AI flags. It never decides.
Every photo gets an AI second look, and anything unusual is flagged for a person to review. A flag is a prompt to look closer, never a verdict on the worker and never a block on the record.
We say tamper-evident, not tamper-proof.
A SHA-256 fingerprint proves a record was not changed after it was captured. It cannot prove the world was honest in the instant the shutter fired, and we will not claim it does. The wording is exact on purpose.
The company
LockProof is built by LockProof LLC, based in New York. We keep the team heads-down on the product and the proof, so this page names commitments rather than people.
