SMS Program & Opt-In Policy

Program Overview

LockProof Compliance Reminders is an SMS program operated by LockProof LLC. The program sends scheduled task-verification reminder messages to field workers who have opted in to receive them.

How to Opt In to SMS

SMS is optional. It is not required to use LockProof, to be employed, or to work with any business. Anyone who does not opt in to SMS receives their task assignments by WhatsApp or email instead.

To opt in, go to lockproof.com/sms-optin, enter your own mobile number, and check the consent box (unchecked by default):

"I agree to receive automated SMS task-verification reminders from LockProof. This is optional and not required to use LockProof or to work with any business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

You will then receive a confirmation text and must reply Y to confirm. No reminders are sent until you reply Y. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out and continue using LockProof.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the worker's assignment schedule, typically ranging from one to several messages per day during active assignments. Workers on vacation or paused assignments receive no messages.

How to Stop or Get Help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact your employer's administrator directly.

Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
